At Venezianico Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to request a return authorization and receive your unique return number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the watch, including all original certificates, manuals, and protective films, back into its original wooden presentation box and shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our verified processing center in Poland.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
